Current economic situation has affected most of us in some way or the other. Ayurveda offers some home remedies that will help you stay emotionally strong and balanced, focused, positive and energetic. Dr.Naram's suggested remedy to stay cool, calm and composed and confident is..

1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

1-2 pinch vaja powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp brahmi powder (you can order organic brahmi powder from www.organicusa.com)
