Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome commonly referred to as PCOS is caused due to hormonal imbalance: excess of male hormones in a female body. Following home remedy will help you restore the hormonal balance in your body.
1 tsp licorice powder (jeshtmadh)
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp wild celery seeds
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp caltrops powder
Mix all the ingredients and take with 1/2 glass of water 3 times a day. It will take at least 4-5 months of taking this mixture to correct your hormonal imbalance.
You will also have to eliminate following items from your diet completely:

Hormonal imbalance is caused due to mental stress, hectic and erratic lifestyle and dietary habits. Prevent hair loss
To prevent hair loss, try the following natural hair oil that will reduce heat from your scalp which is the root cause of hair loss:
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup castor oil
1 tablespoon almond oil
1 cup bottle gourd juice
1 tsp Indian gooseberry juice
Mix above ingredients in 1 cup of water and let it simmer for sometime. After about 15-20 minutes, water will start evaporating and tiny bubbles will appear on surface of the mixture. Strain the mixture and preserve in a bottle. Apply this medicinal oil atleast 3 times a week before going to bed. Wash it off using a shampoo that does NOT contain sodium lauryl sulphate as it irritates the scalp.
Dont fuss over hair loss any more...invest just 20 minutes in making this hair oil that will help you regain your hair growth.
Above remedy is given by Dr.Smita Naram
