Following home remedies will help you regain your hormonal balance along with your confidence and energy. Don't push it off for tomorrow...start today and feel the change !

1/2 - 1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp wild celery seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp fennel powder

Mix all the ingredients in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water and take it twice a day.

Juice medley:

1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup carrot juice
