For healthy, glowing skin...

1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red sandalwood powder

Mix with water and take 2-3 times a day. Both powders play a vital role in purifying the blood.  Also..keep drinking plenty of water throughout the day along with getting 7-8 hours of sound sleep every night.
