Quick tips - Constipation

1. Apple and Guava are essentially good for constipation. It is rightly said 'An apple a day keeps a doctor away'..Apple helps in proper functioning of the liver and washing off toxins from our body. Make sure to eat atleast one apple or guava (whichever fruit is readily avaiable) everyday for healthy digestive system. If you choose to eat guava, do NOT chew the guava seeds, swallow them as chewing the seeds causes ulcer and acidity.

2. Take 1 tsp of Triphala choorna with warm water before going to bed every night.

Prevent hair loss

To prevent hair loss, try the following natural hair oil that will reduce heat from your scalp which is the root cause of hair loss:

1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup castor oil
1 tablespoon almond oil
1 cup bottle gourd juice
1 tsp Indian gooseberry juice

Mix above ingredients in 1 cup of water and let it simmer for sometime. After about 15-20 minutes, water will start evaporating and tiny bubbles will appear on surface of the mixture. Strain the mixture and preserve in a bottle. Apply this medicinal oil atleast 3 times a week before going to bed. Wash it off using a shampoo that does NOT contain sodium lauryl sulphate as it irritates the scalp.

Dont fuss over hair loss any more...invest just 20 minutes in making this hair oil that will help you regain your hair growth.
